Legislation
The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets and Conflict of Interests, through its official website, aims to create an important channel of active communication with the officials of the public administration and as well as with the public, civil society, media, NGO-s and several other institutions and organizations. Furthermore HIDAA’s website aims to realize maximal transparency concerning the administrative investigation of the officials’ private interests and also for evidencing and preventing the conflict of interests.
